"We" and "us" mean Katalyst. "You" means the person using the site, and the business you represent if you're contacting us on its behalf. How we handle personal information is covered separately in our privacy policy.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse, share and link to this site. Please don't:
- use it for anything unlawful, or submit someone else's details without their permission;
- send spam, automated form submissions or harmful code through our forms;
- try to break into, overload or get around the security of the site or our staff tools;
- copy our content to pass it off as your own.
We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.
The free AI audit
- Free and no obligation. The 30-minute audit costs nothing and doesn't commit you to buying anything.
- The ideas are yours. You're free to use the automation ideas we give you, with us, with someone else, or on your own.
- They're starting points. Ideas, time savings and payback estimates come from a short conversation, not a full review of your business. Check them before you act on them.
- Scheduling. We confirm calls by calendar invite. We may need to reschedule, and we may decline an audit if we don't think we're the right fit.
Don't share passwords, payment card numbers, health records or other sensitive data on the call. We don't need them to find good ideas.
Paid work
Paid audits, builds and ongoing plans are governed by a written proposal or agreement that sets out scope, price, timeline, data handling and support. Prices shown on this site are starting points; your quote is what you sign. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.
Figures and examples
Statistics, time savings, case studies and sample dashboards on this site illustrate the kind of results automation can deliver. Some use fictional sample businesses, and every business is different. They're not a promise of any particular result for you.
AI-generated work
We use AI to help prepare notes, reports and automations. AI can be wrong, so we review what we send you and design human checks into the systems we build where they matter. Decisions you make based on that work, including what an automation does in your business, remain yours.
Report links
Reports we send you live at a private, hard-to-guess link. Anyone who has the link can open it, so only share it with people you're happy to see it. If you'd like a report taken down, email us and we'll remove it.
Ownership
The site's design, text, graphics, logo and code belong to Katalyst. The name and the Spark mark are ours, so please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Your business information stays yours. Ownership of anything we build for you is set out in your project agreement.
Third-party tools and links
This site may link to other sites, and our work often connects to tools made by other companies. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Liability
This site, its content and the free audit are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We work hard to keep things accurate, but we can't guarantee the site is error-free or always available.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or the free audit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of state/province, country, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there. Before going that far, please email us; most things can be sorted out with a conversation.
